What is the best file type and resolution for my photo?

For the best print quality, we require high-resolution image files. We recommend JPEG or PNG files at 300 DPI (dots per inch). The final printed quality directly depends on the quality of the image file you provide. Low-resolution photos may appear blurry or pixelated when printed.

How do I send you my photo(s)?

After selecting your magnet pack quantity and size, click the "UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO NOW (Order Required)" button located near the Add to Cart button. This button will open our secure upload form in a new window.

IMPORTANT: Please complete your purchase first. You must enter your Order Number on the upload form so we can match your file to your order.

Do you offer proofing or design adjustments?

Yes! A digital proof will be sent to your email within 1–2 business days of receiving your high-resolution file and completing your order. We will wait for your approval before printing your magnets.

Q: Can I mix and match different photos in one 12-Pack?

Absolutely, yes! We are happy to accommodate different photos within the same pack. For every 12 magnets you order (e.g., a 12-Pack or a 6-Pack ordered twice), you may submit up to 4 different images. When uploading your files via the [File Upload Form], please clearly indicate how many of each photo you would like to be printed.
