E-commerce Terms

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance service.

Ordering and Acceptance

• File Submission: You are responsible for ensuring that the photo files submitted via the Jotform upload link are high-resolution and of acceptable quality for printing. We are not responsible for the print quality of low-resolution files.

• Digital Proof: We will provide a digital proof for your approval within 1–2 business days.

• Approval: By providing final approval of the digital proof, you accept the design, orientation, size, and layout, and authorize us to proceed with final production. Production errors resulting from an approved proof are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Pricing and Payments

• All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your financial institution.

Copyright and Content Submission (Crucial)

User-Submitted Content

• Ownership: You affirm that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use, and to authorize us to use, all patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all of the User Content (photo files) you submit to us for printing.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blessed & Pressed from any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any content or images you submit for printing that violate any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark.

• Refusal of Content: We reserve the right to refuse to print any image that we deem inappropriate, offensive, illegal, or that violates intellectual property rights.

Site Content

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Blessed & Pressed and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content from the Site without our express written permission.

Shipping and Returns

• Our policies regarding shipping, delivery times, and the No-Return Policy for custom products are detailed in our separate [Shipping & Returns Policy] page, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall Blessed & Pressed, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any products purchased from the Service.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
